摘要
围绕国防生物科技发展战略,开展国内外现状与启示研究。通过分析国防生物科技革命实现的理论基础和技术基础,研究国防生物科技革命的重大现实意义,在此基础上,重点分析西方军事强国,特别美、英、日等国家国防战略与国防生物科技发展战略制定现状,并结合国情和军情,提出对我国防生物科技发展战略的启示性建议。
The paper studied status and lessons at home and abroad on defense bio-technology development strategy, analyzed the crucial significance on defense bio-technology innovation, played emphasis on the pattern route and mechanism of defense bio-technology development strategy in western military powers. Finally, the paper proposed the selections and develop route for us.
