团队认知协同视角下新产品研发活动研究——基于交互记忆系统和共享心智模型的协同作用

Research on New Product Development from the Synergetic Perspective of Team Cognition: Based on the Synergism of Transactive Memory System and Shared Mental Model

试图从团队认知交互记忆系统和共享心智模型协同的角度探讨如何提高新产品研发的绩效。通过对杭州53家高新技术企业的新产品研发团队进行实证检验,发现交互记忆系统对新产品研发绩效有积极的影响,并在共享心智模型下这种关系得到增强,同时发现团队内隐协调在交互记忆系统与新产品研发绩效关系中发挥中介作用。

This article attempts to discuss the way to improve the performance of NPD from the perspective of transactive memory system and shared mental model. Through an empirical test of 53 high-tech enterprises in Hangzhou, it is found that transactive memory system has a positive impact on the performance of NPD, and the relationship will be strengthened under shared mental model. Moreover, the team implicit coordination plays a mediating role in the relationship between transactive memory system and NPD performance.
