高新技术企业知识产权管理与服务的实证研究——基于广州市高新技术企业知识产权的调查

Innovative Research on Intellectual Property Management and Service in High-tech Enterprises: Investigation on Intellectual Property Rights of High-tech Enterprises in Guangzhou

基于问卷调研和现场走访,认为高新技术企业在知识产权管理与服务存在供给不足的问题,包括知识产权制度存缺陷、管理部门履行职能和服务不到位、中介服务机构综合能力弱、政策的合力有待提升等,应该从管理与服务的供给的主体出发,通过提升外部的知识产权管理与服务水平管理与服务,形成政策合力,共同推动高新技术企业的知识产权服务创新驱动向纵深发展。

Based on questionnaire survey and field visit, the article thinks that the high-tech enterprises is insufficient in the management and service of knowledge production right. The problems including the defects of the intellectual property system, the poor performance of the management department, the poor service, the weak comprehensive ability of the intermediary service institutions and the resultant force of the policy which needs improving, should be considered from the main body of the supply of management and service, and the management and service of the external intellectual property management and service level should be promoted. We should work together to push forward the development of intellectual property service innovation and drive in depth.
