3D打印技术及椎弓根导航模板辅助治疗胸腰椎骨折患者的围手术期护理研究

The Perioperative Period Nursing Reseach of Treating Thoracolumbar Fracture with the 3D Printing Technology and Pedicle Navigation Template

目的:研究3D打印技术及椎弓根导航模板辅助治疗胸腰椎骨折患者的围手术期护理意义。方法:选择2016年3月至2017年6月间需椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者7例,利用3D打印机及相关设计软件制作的椎弓根导航模板和骨折模型应用于胸腰椎骨折患者的围手术期的护理。结果:7例骨折患者均手术顺利,术后未出现并发症;患者对于围手术期护理满意度为100%,未出现不满、抵触等消极情绪,无投诉、护患纠纷等事件。结论:借助于3D打印技术及椎弓根导航模板,有利于直观、具体地进行健康宣教,增加医护、医患配合程度和患者治疗满意度,进而全面提升胸腰椎骨折患者围术期的护理质量。

Objective:To explore the perioperative period nursing significance of treating thoracolumbar fracture with the 3D printing technology and pedicle navigation template.Methods:7 case of thoracolumbar fracture patients were choosed from March2016 to June 2017,who need to conduct internal fixation of thoracic pedicle screw,thoracolumbar fracture navigation template and thoracolumbar fracture model were produced according to 3D printer and its related software for thoracolumbar fracture treatment and its perioperative period nursing.Results:7 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fracture operation were smoothly,no complications,perioperative nursing satisfaction was 100%for patients,there is no dissatisfaction,resistance and so on negative emotions,no complaint,no doctor-patient disputes and so on other adverse events.Conclusion:With the help of 3D printing technology and pedicle navigation template,it is benifical for intuitive specific health education,increasing patient satisfaction and medical care,promoting doctor-patient cooperation and degree of patient therapy satisfaction,thus thoracolumbar fractures patients perioperative nursing quality is improved.
