Challenges and Solutions of the Development of Artificial Intelligence to Vocational Education

随着人工智能的快速发展,具有智能的机器即机器人将像人类一样从事"劳动"。智能机器大规模替代人的劳动是社会发展的趋势,尽管智能机器的这种替代不是劳动本身。在这个趋势下,人类的许多"传统职业"将消失。职业教育旨在为社会输送劳动型职业人才,而人工智能的发展对职业教育提出了巨大挑战。如何适应这个时代并为社会提供合适的职业人才,这将会是职业教育的一大难题;本文给出了几点应对方略。

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, intelligent machines, or robots, will work like human beings. The large-scale replacement of human labor by intelligent machines is the trend of social development, although working of intelligent machines is not laboring itself. In this trend, many traditional occupations of mankind will disappear. The vocational education aims at delivering vocational workers to the society, and the development of artificial intelligence makes great challenges to vocational education. How to adapt to this era and provide suitable professional workers for the society constitutes a major problem in vocational education. This paper gives some suggestions.
