变应性鼻炎是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科常见疾病,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势:维生素D是一种固醛类衍生物,也被认为是一种类固醉激索近年来,相关研究发现维生素D与变应性鼻炎冇一定的相关性,它通过对T细胞、戸噬细胞、树突状细胞以及嗜酸性粒细胞的影响对机体免疫系统起到一定的调节作用,但貝体机制冃询仍不明确国内外文献対维生索D与变应性鼻炎之间的关系也存在争议木文就维生素D在免疫调节方面的作用机制及与其变应件鼻炎的相关性进行综述.

Allergic rhinitis is a common disease of otolaryngology head and neck surgery. Its incidence rate keeps increasing year by year. Vitamin D is a kind of sterol derivative which is also considered as a kind of steroid hormone. In recent years, related studies have found that vitamin D has a certain correlation with allergic rhinitis. Vitamin D has some efleets on T cells, macrophages, dendritic cells, and eosinophils, in lhat way, it regulates the body's immune system. However, the specific mechanism is not clear. There are also controversies over the relationship between vitamin D and allergic rhinitis at home and abroad. In this paper, the related literatures about the role of vitamin D in immune regulation and its releva nee to allergic rhinitis are reviewed.
