Role of autophagy in the sensitization of tumor chemoradiotherapy

摘要 肿瘤对放化疗的抵抗和耐受一直是备受关注的难题。自噬又称Ⅱ型程序性细胞死亡,在如饥饿、缺氧和药物治疗等应激条件下产生,它可以通过清除受损伤的蛋口质和细胞器,进而维持细胞稳态,已发现自噬在肿瘤发生、发展的过程中起重要作用,又能参与调节放化疗敏感性:本文将对自噬调节肿瘤发生及放化疗敏感性的相关研究进展做一综述。 The resistance and tolerance of maligna nt tumor to chemoradiotherapy have always been a major concern for scholars. Autophagy, type Ⅱ programmed cell death (type Ⅱ PCD), is induced under conditions of stress such as starvation, hypoxia and drug treatment. Autophagy removes damaged proteins and organelles to maintain cellular homeostasis. It has been found to play an important role in tumorigenesis and development and participate in the regulation of chemoradiation sensitivity. This paper reviews the role and mechanism of autophagy in the chemoradiation of tumor, and research progress in the enhancing the sensitivity of tumor chemoradiotherapy by regulating autophagy.
