摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础学习教学对耳鼻咽喉科医学生批判性思维的培养效果。方法以62名见习学生为研究对象,将其随机分为以问题为基础学习教学组和传统见习教学组。采用批判性思维能力测量表分别对学生进行教学前及教学后评价。结果见习前,两组学生在寻找真理、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度及总分等方面得分无统计学差异(P >0.05);见习后,循证医学见习教学组学生的寻找真理、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度及总分等方面得分均优于传统见习教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻咽喉科实施以问题为基础学习、教学对医学生批判性思维能力的培养具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the application of PBL teachi ng in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in medical students' critical thinking improvement. Methods Sixty-two students were randomly divided into PBL with core of PBL teaching group and traditional teachi ng group. Effects of teaching were assessed by Chinese critical thinking disposition inventory. Results Before teaching, there is no diflerenee between two group of students in seeking truth, open mind, analysis ability, systematic competence, self-confidenee, curiosity, the cognitive maturity and total score. While the difference is statistically significant after teaching(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of PBL teachi ng in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery has a positive e fleet on the cultivation of students' critical thinking ability.
