调节激活正常T细胞表达和分泌细胞因子(RANTES)是一类CC家族趋化因子,对多种细胞有趋化作用,参与炎症反应,调节细胞的生长和分化,并参与中枢神经系统疾病的病理、生理过程。作为一种典型的趋化因子,RANTES在颅脑损伤时发挥重要意义。本文主要讨论趋化因子RANTES和颅脑损伤的关系及在颅脑损伤发挥的作用,指导临床检测和治疗。

Regulated upon activation normal T expressed and secreted (RANTES) is a class of C-C family chemokines that have chemotactic effects on various cells, participate in inflammatory responses, and regulate the growth and differentiation of cells. In addition, it is also involved in the pathological and physiological processes of central nervous system diseases. As a typical chemokine, RANTES plays an important role in craniocerebral injury. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the relationship between chemokine RANTES and brain injury and its role in craniocerebral injury, so as to guide clinical detection and treatment.
