抑郁和焦虑作为冠心病发病及预后的不良影响因素,不但可加重冠心病的病情发展,还可影响其治疗和预后。故本文对近年冠心病伴焦虑抑郁状态中医诊疗的相关文献进行综述,旨在了解其中医病因病机、辨证分型及辨证论治等治疗现状。

Depression and anxiety, as adverse factors affecting the paroxysm and prognosis of coronary heart disease, can not only aggravate the development of coronary heart disease, but also affect its treatment and prognosis. Therefore, this paper aims to review the literatures on TCM diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression in recent years, and to understand the current status of treatment, pathogenesis, dialectical classification and dialectical treatment.
