摘要
为研究高效氯氰菊酯对中华绒螯扣蟹生长发育的影响,该实验采取急性毒性试验方式,以60d为记录周期,定时测定其体质量与存活率。试验结果表明,中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)扣蟹在高效氯氰菊酯(0.10、1.00mg/L处理组)作用下体质量明显降低。尤其是1.00mg/L浓度组最明显。0.01mg/L处理组和对照组扣蟹无明显异常现象。且在1.00mg/L浓度组下存活率较其他浓度也下降得很快。说明相比较0.10mg/L和0.01mg/L,1.00mg/L浓度的高效氯氰菊酯对中华绒螯扣蟹毒性最强。石蜡切片结果显示:一定浓度的氯氰菊酯会对河蟹的肝胰腺、鳃和肌肉组织产生明显的病理变化。
In order to study the effect of beta-cypermethrin on the growth and development of Eriocheir sinensis,the acute toxicity test method was adopted in the experiment.The body weight and survival rate were measured periodically at a cycle of 60 days.The results showed that the weight of E.sinensis crabs in the beta-cypermethrin(0.10,1.00 mg/Ltreatment group)was significantly reduced,especially in the 1.00 mg/Lconcentration group.There was no obvious abnormality in the 0.01 mg/Ltreatment group and the control group.Also,the survival rate in the 1.00 mg/Lconcentration group also decreased rapidly compared with other concentrations.It was indicated that compared with 0.10 and 0.01 mg/L,beta-cypermethrin at the concentration of 1.00 mg/Lwas the most toxic to E.sinensis.Paraffin section results showed that a certain concentration of cypermethrin produced significant pathological changes in the hepatopancreas,tendon and muscle tissue of E.sinensis.
