An enterprise performance evaluation model based on supply chain integration

信息技术发展和市场需求的不确定性,导致供应链整合成为企业赢得市场竞争力和提升核心竞争力的关键因素,企业发展逐渐进入供应链整合阶段。为更准确地计算供应链整合给企业绩效带来的提升和更清楚地了解供应链环境下不同方向的企业绩效变化规律,需要建立一个适用于供应链整合环境下的测试企业绩效的模型。对于此绩效模型的研究采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),摒弃了之前把企业绩效作为一个整体、仅考虑盈利绩效的研究思路,并通过权重调整,在对企业绩效进行划分的同时,满足管理人员对企业绩效的评判。其次供应链整合环境对企业绩效的作用分析应从企业绩效指标出发,而不是从供应链整合的角度出发,以排除数值相关而实际不相关因子影响,保证模型结果的精准度。最终得到适用于供应链整合的分析和评价模型。

The development of information technology and the uncertainty of market demand lead to the integration of supply chain as the key factor for enterprises to win market competition and enhance their core competitiveness,and the enterprise development has gradually entered the integration stage of supply chain. In order to more accurately calculate the supply chain integration to enhance the performance of enterprises and clearly understand the performance of enterprises in the supply chain environment,a model which is suitable for testing enterprise performance under the supply chain integration environment needs to be born. This performance model research is used in Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP),abandoned before the enterprise performance as a whole,only consider the research ideas of profit performance,and through weight adjustment,in the division of the enterprise’s performance at the same time,meet the management evaluation on enterprise performance. The environment of the supply chain integration of the role of enterprise performance analysis is from the perspective of enterprise performance index,but not on the supply chain integration perspective,to exclude the related and not related to the actual numerical factors,to ensure the accuracy of the model results. Finally,the analysis and evaluation model applicable to supply chain integration is obtained.
