摘要
为了解决一般燃油物流车由于尾气排放对环境造成污染以及纯电动汽车行驶里程短并且充电时间较长的问题,在纯电动车结构基础上提出一种增程式燃料电池物流车,其动力完全由电驱动,具有地面充电和车载供电两种功能;然后,对物流车进行动力系统设计和参数匹配,针对性地提出一种改进的模糊控制策略,并运用恒温器控制策略进行离线仿真对比和实车转鼓测试。结果表明:运用模糊控制策略的续驶里程比恒温器控制策略的续驶里程增加,并且燃料电池效率提升约3. 1%,同时实车转鼓测试结果也验证了设计的有效性。
In order to solve these problems of general fuel logistics cars cause pollution to the environment due to exhaust emissions and pure electric vehicles have shorter driving ranges and longer charging times. For this,on the basis of pure electric vehicles’ structure,puts forward an extended-range fuel cell logistics car,which is powered entirely by electricity,and has two functions of ground charging and on-board power supply. Then,carries out the design of the dynamic system and matching parameters of the car,puts forward an improved method of fuzzy control strategy,and a thermostat control strategy is used to carry out off-line simulation comparison and real vehicle drum test. Finally,the simulation results show that the driving mileage of the fuzzy control strategy is increased and the fuel cell efficiency increases by 3. 1 %. At the same time,the drum test results also verify the validity of the design.
