牙体牙髓正畸联合修复应用在恒上前牙龈下牙折治疗中的效果

Effect of subgingival tooth fracture treated with root canal therapy and orthodontic traction combined crowntian shuhua

目的探究牙体牙髓正畸联合修复应用在恒上前牙龈下牙折治疗中的效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年12月期间收治的恒上前牙龈下牙折的患者共48例,根据入院顺序将患者分为常规组和观察组,常规组患者进行常规修复,观察组患者采用牙体牙髓正畸联合修复方法治疗,比较两组患者患牙的治疗有效率、并发症及患者对修复效果的满意度。结果观察组患者患牙治疗总有效率为95.83%,显著高于常规组的58.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.17%,常规组患者并发症发生率为25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对修复效果的满意度评分显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于恒上前牙龈下牙折采用牙体牙髓正畸联合修复的治疗方法,不仅治疗有效率较高,患者对修复效果的满意度也较高,而且并发症的发生率较低,治疗效果显著,临床上值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of subgingival tooth fracture treated with root canal therapyand orthodontic traction combined crown. Methods From May 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital for 48 patients of constant subgingival teeth fracture patients, were randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group. The conventional group were treated with conventional restoration methods. The observation group were treated withroot canal therapyand orthodontic traction combined crown. The treatment efficiency, complications and patient satisfaction of the repair effect were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of dental treatment in the observation group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(58.83%, P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.17%, and that in the conventional group was 25.00%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For the subgingival tooth fracture treated with root canal therapyand orthodontic traction combined crown, not only the treatment efficiency is higher, patients satisfaction with the restoration effect is higher, but also the incidence of complications is lower, the treatment effect is significant, it is worthy of further clinical application.
