摘要 以交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘在特定温度下膨胀量趋于稳定的时间为固定时间间隔,对交联电缆绝缘样品进行逐级升温试验,仅研究温度对交联电缆绝缘膨胀特性产生的影响.利用有限元ANSYS软件仿真验证膨胀量趋于稳定的时间,设计一套光学试验装置,对交联电缆实体的热膨胀量进行测量.对试验数据进行拟合处理,研究发现:交联电缆的横向膨胀量和纵向伸长量均随温度变化呈线性趋势,其膨胀系数的计算值与测量值一致,试验结束后,交联电缆绝缘的尺寸恢复值与初始值存在差异. In this paper,the time when the expansion of XLPE insulation tends to stabilize at a certain temperature is taken as the fixed time interval.A step by step heating test was carried out on he cross-linked cable sample.Only the effect of temperature on the expansion characteristics of cross-linked cable insulation is studied.The finite element ANSYS software is used to simulate the time when the expansion tends to be stable.And an optical test device was designed to measure the thermal expansion of the cross-linked cable entity.The experimental data are fitted and processed,and the results are found.The transverse expansion and longitudinal elongation of cross-linked cables show a linear trend with temperature.The calculated expansion coefficient is in line with the engineering practice.At the end of the test,the dimension recovery value of the cross-linked cable insulation is different from the initial value.
