摘要
随着教育全球化的深入,全球胜任力越来越得到世界各国的重视。西方国家率先对全球胜任力进行研究,我国紧随其后,从借鉴他国理念开始,逐渐向构建具有中国特色的全球胜任力教育过渡,总体上呈追赶趋势。通过梳理近年我国全球胜任力相关研究的文献,发现我国关于全球胜任力的研究在年度数量、研究主题等方面具有较为突出的特点。其主要研究内容包括全球胜任力的概念和维度的确定,培养方式以及评估策略的探析,研究领域较窄、范围较小、程度较浅,在目前的培养中仍有很多问题没有得到解决,如师资问题、全球性课题的选用问题等。在我国目前的教育条件和环境下全面广泛地推动全球胜任力的培养仍具有难度,面向未来,我国全球胜任力研究需要在已有的基础上,加强与我国国情的结合,整理与完善理论体系,注重实践的可操作性,进而深化对全球胜任力的研究与培养。
With the deepening of education globalization,global competence has attracted more and more attention from all countries in the world. Western countries take the lead in the research on global competence. China is drawing lessons from the concept of other countries and is gradually transitioning to the construction of global competence education with Chinese characteristics,which generally shows a trend of catching up. By reviewing the literature on China’s global competence research in recent years,it is found that China’s global competence research have more prominent characteristics in terms of annual quantity and research themes. Its research interests focus on the concept and dimensions of global competence,training methods and assessment strategies. However,the research field is relatively narrow. The research scope is small,and the depth is relatively shallow. In the present training,there are still many problems that have not been solved,such as the problem of qualified teachers,the selection of the global topics and so on. It is still difficult to comprehensively and extensively promote the cultivation of global competence under the current educational conditions and environment of our country. In the future,China’s global competence research needs to strengthen the combination with China’s national conditions,perfect the theoretical system and pay attention to the operability of practice for deepening the research and cultivation of global competence based on existing research.
