大学生社会参与和领导力关系实证研究

Empirical Study on the Relationship between Social Participation and Leadership of College Students

大学生社会参与有政治、经济、文化参与三个维度。大学生领导力包括构建愿景、战略决策、工作实践、人格影响和人际交往五个维度的领导能力。编制大学生领导力和社会参与问卷,向广州市域内的5所全日制本科高校随机抽取大学生发放问卷开展调查,回收有效问卷550份。结果显示:大学生领导力与社会参与呈显著相关,社会参与是大学生领导力提升的重要因素;对"社会参与"贡献较大的是"文化参与"和"政治参与"维度,对"大学生领导力"贡献较大的维度依次为"工作实践>战略决策>构建愿景>人际交往>人格影响";职业教育的社会性和文科专业课程知识的社会性对大学生社会参与影响较大。当前大学生领导力教育的侧重当是指导学生积极投身文化和政治两方面的社会实践。

College students’ social participation including three dimensions,which are political participation,economic participation,and cultural participation. College students’ leadership includes five dimensions,which are vision building,strategic decisions,work practice,personality influences and interpersonal communication. A questionnaire on leadership and social participation for college students is developed,and 550 college students are randomly selected to conduct the survey. The results show that the college students’ leadership and social participation are significantly correlated and social participation is an important factor in the promotion of college students’ leadership.The dimensions of "cultural participation" and "political participation" contribute more to "social participation".The major dimensions contributing to college students’ leadership are: work practice > strategic decision-making > vision building > interpersonal interaction > personality influence. The sociality of vocational education and the sociality of liberal arts curriculum knowledge have great influence on college students’ social participation. At present,the emphasis of college students’ leadership education should be laid on guiding students to actively engage in both cultural and political social practice.
