Bibliometric Analysis Based on VOSviewer on Computer Assisted Instruction in Global Medical and Health Field

摘要 目的:对国外医药卫生领域计算机辅助教学(computer assisted instruction,CAI)研究进行文献计量学分析,以期了解目前CAI研究的现状并为学者开展相关研究提供借鉴和参考。方法:通过检索PubMed获取CAI文献。采用书目共现分析系统(BICOMS-2)软件对已发表的CAI研究的语言、年代和期刊信息进行提取和整理,对于作者和关键词采用VOSviewer软件进行提取,并生成高产作者的社会网络图。对于高频关键词进行热点分析和聚类分析并生成可视化密度图和聚类图。结果:国外医药卫生领域CAI研究数量呈由递增到递减的趋势。11 478篇研究刊载在2 131种期刊上,发文量最多的作者为Billings DM,发文量大于5篇的作者仅占0.95%,而发文量为1篇的作者占83.03%。主要作者分为10个合作团体,研究主题有4个,新出现的高频关键词有3个。结论:国外医药卫生领域CAI研究开展的较早,总体呈由递增到递减的趋势,参与研究的团体众多,但各团体之间、团体内部成员之间的联系不够紧密,仍需进一步增强合作。研究主题和新兴主题较少,需进一步拓展新的研究方向。 Objective : To conduct bibliometric analysis of computer assisted instruction (CAI) research in the field of medical and health in foreign countries, in order to understand the current status of CAI research and provide reference for scholars to carry out related researches. Methods : Computer assisted instruction literature was obtained by searching PubMed.The BICOMS-2 analysis software was used to extract and organize the published language, year and journal. The author and keywords were extracted by VOSviewer software, and the social network diagram of the high-yielding author was generated. For high-frequency keywords, we performed hotspot analysis and cluster analysis and generated visual density maps and cluster maps. Results :The foreign CAI research in the field of medical and health showed a trend from increasing to decreasing. 11 478 studies were published in 2 131 journals. The author with the largest number of publications was Billings DM, and the authors with more than 5 articles only accounted for 0.95%. The author of 1 article accounted for 83.03%. The main authors were divided into 10 cooperative groups. There were 4 research topics, and 3 new high-frequency keywords. Conclusion :The CAI research in the field of medical and health has been carried out early. The overall trend is from increasing to decreasing. There are many groups participating in the research, but the links between the groups and between the members of the group are not close enough, and cooperation needs to be further strengthened. There are few research topics and emerging topics, and new research directions need to be further developed.
