摘要
通过分析喷气偏流板装置执行机构的工作原理,建立了该机构连杆几何尺寸与运动角度参数的关系方程,研究了偏流板装置各构件解除约束后的受力状态,并建立了力学平衡方程,得出了偏流板装置驱动力计算公式,然后在MATLAB平台上进行了力学仿真。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性,可为后续该装备的液压系统设计提供理论参考依据。
On the basis of the operation principle of the jet blast deflector's operating gear assembly, it establishes the equations of connecting rod mechanism. According to analyzing the components of the jet blast deflector which are removed the constraint, it builds the static equilibrium equations, obtains the computational formula of the driving force, simulates the kinematics of the mechanism in MATLAB. The result indicates that the analysis is right and can supervise the parameter optimizing of the mechanism.
