时滞系统的计算机嵌入式控制方法

摘要 为提高时滞系统的控制精度,采用一种计算机嵌入式控制方法,结合Smith预估算法和PID控制算法设计了一种控制策略,通过预先判断系统动态性能,并及时反馈到PID控制器,实现了控制器参数的在线整定。详细讨论了嵌入式系统的设计与实现方法,创建了完整的嵌入式控制系统软件平台,该平台可用于解决工业控制系统的滞后问题。仿真结果表明:Smith预估算法能够减小系统超调量,提高响应速度。 Aiming at improving the control accuracy of time-delay system, it proposes a computer embedded control method. A control strategy is designed by combining Smith predictive method and PID (proportional, integral and differential) control algorithm. By pre-judging the dynamic performance of the system and feeding back to the PID controller in time, the online tuning of the controller parameters is realized. The design and implementation of embedded system are discussed in detail, and a complete software platform of embedded control system is established. The platform can be used to solve the lag problem of industrial control system. The simulation results show that the Smith prediction method can reduce the system overshoot and improve the response speed.
