垃圾发电厂SCR脱硝反应器入口段流场数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 针对某垃圾发电厂烟气选择性催化还原脱硝法(SCR)脱硝反应系统,利用ANSYS Workbench中的CFX模块对SCR脱硝反应器入口段进行数值模拟,分析了SCR脱硝反应器入口段在空塔和增加导流板后两种情况下,烟气在烟道内的速度分布和NH_3体积分数分布的情况。研究结果表明,增加导流板后SCR脱硝反应器入口段的流场有明显改善,烟气进入催化剂前的速度相对标准偏差为8.24%,NH_3体积分数相对标准偏差为4.56%,均满足设计要求。 For flue gas SCR denitrification reaction system at a garbage power plant, it introduces the numerical simulation of inlet section of SCR denitrification reactor based on computational fluid dynamics software CFX in ANSYS Workbench, analyzes the SCR denitration reactor inlet section both in empty tower and in the guide plate structure, shows the distribution of flue gas velocity and ammonia volume fraction in the flue. The results indicate that the flow field of the SCR reactor is obviously improved by the increased baffle,the relative standard deviation of the velocity of the flue gas before entering the catalyst is 8.24%,the relative standard deviation of ammonia volume fraction is 4.56%. This meets the design requirements.
