持续提升医院感染防控工作质量的探索与实践——以上海市杨浦区中心医院为例

The practice and exploration of continuously improving the quality of hospital infection prevention and control——A case study of Yangpu District Central Hospital

随着医院感染疾病谱的变化、诊疗模式的改变、临床路径以及按病种付费机制(DRGs)的引入,对医院感染防控工作提出了更高的要求。围绕"如何持续提升院感防控质量"这一课题,在对院感防控涉及的战略机制、实施主体、信息系统、质管工具等相关要素基本效能分析的基础上,着重探讨了主动、科学、精准地提升医院感染防控质量的具体举措,最终达到"以医疗质量和医患安全为核心"的全面质量管理目的。上海市杨浦区中心医院探索和实践的经验是:院感防控需要战略层面的长效机制引导,应以临床员工为主体,需要充分利用信息平台和现代管理工具,才能持续地提升医院感染防控管理工作的质量。

With the change of hospital infection disease spectrum, diagnosis and treatment mode and introduction of clinical pathway and diagnosis related groups system(DRGs),higher requirements were put forward to hospital's infection prevention and control.This article focuses on the theme of “How to continuously improve the quality of hospital infection prevention and control”.Based on the analysis of basic effectiveness and related elements such as strategic mechanism ,subject of implementation,the information system,and quality control tools which involved in the hospital infection prevention and control.Mainly discuss specific measures of improving the quality of hospital infection prevention and control actively,scientifically and accurately,and ultimately achieve the goal of total quality management which “take medical quality and doctor-patient safety as the core”. Shanghai Yangpu District Central Hospital explores and practices the experiences are that hospital infection prevention and control needs long-term mechanism guidance at strategic level,it should takes clinical staffs as main part,and takes full advantage of modern information platform and management tools,in order to continuously improve the quality of hospital infection prevention and control management.
