摘要
简要分析了的铁路限界测量技术的发展,总结了目前动态限界获取的三种主要技术手段,比较了它们之间的优缺点;提出了采用基于数字相机的单目视觉测量方案,实现了一种动态限界的非接触测量方法;介绍了测量原理、目标特性分析、光斑位置计算、高速图像存储设计等关键内容,根据使用要求给出了相机和图像采集卡选用的关键参数;分析系统对连续写入速度的需求,给出了解决方案,测试了高速存储系统的连续写入速度。通过多个试验验证了图像测量的重复性和位移测量的误差,符合设计指标和使用要求;通过整车测量试验验证了系统的测量能力。
The development of railway boundary measurement technology is briefly analyzed, the three main methods of dynamic boundary acquisition are summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. A monocular vision measurement scheme based on digital camera is proposed, and a non-contact measurement method of dynamic bound is realized. The measurement principle, target characteristic analysis, spot position calculation and high-speed image storage system design are introduced. According to the requirements, the key parameters of camera and image acquisition card are given. The requirement of continuous write speed is analyzed, the solution is porposed, and the continuous write speed of high-speed storage system is tested. The repeatability of image measurement and the error of displacement measurement are verified by several experiments, which meet the requirements of design and application. The measurement capability of the system is verified by vehicle test.
