摘要
针对NF水泥有限公司5000 t/d水泥熟料生产线进行热工检测和工艺分析,检测期间该厂熟料产量达到5587 t/d,系统熟料烧成热耗为3166.8 kJ/kg。一级筒出口温度为321 ℃,C 1旋风筒收尘效率为92.81%,有明显的改善空间。篦式冷却机冷却效果欠理想,导致出冷却机熟料温度高和热回收效率偏低。经过对热工检测数据分析,该生产线系统尚有较大的潜力供挖掘。经过技改和优化,热耗及电耗均降低,熟料产能进一步提高。
Through analyzing the measured data of LYNF 5000 t / d cement production line, the line has a practical clinker output of 5587 t / d. The heat consumption of sintering system is 3166.8 kJ/kg. The first stage outlet has got a slightly higher temperature at 321 ℃. The C 1 separating efficiency is 92.81%, which can be significantly improved. The poor cooling effect of grate cooler results in the low-quality & high temperature clinker and the heat recovery efficiency isn't ideal. The production potential is great by analyzing the measured data. The heat consumption, electricity consumption and clinker output are saved after production system is improved.
