摘要
4G网络建设已日趋完善,伴随着大量的4G业务需求,运营商的频率资源显得弥足珍贵,而GSM网络的用户数及承载的话音量成逐年下降趋势。宝贵的频谱资源应当尽量应用到LTE FDD等高制式网络,以此来提高频谱效率。传统的重耕方案为GSM、LTEFDD网络静态分配频谱资源,由此会导致部分频谱资源浪费。采用频谱共享方案可将频谱进行动态频谱、静态频谱划分,LTEFDD系统与GSM系统通过共享动态频谱资源的方式实现潮汐式共享,一方面保证了GSM网络的话音资源,另一方面也提高了LTEFDD网络的容量,从而整体提高网络的频谱利用效率。
The construction of 4G network has been basically completed,and the demand for 4G services is gradually increasing,and the frequency resources are particularly valuable.The number of GSM users is gradually decreasing.It is critical to apply the GSM frequency to a high-spectral effi ciency network such as LTE,but GSM users cannot completely retire the network.The traditional Refarming scheme allocates GSM and LTE spectrum resources statically.The spectrum sharing scheme can realize the tidal sharing by sharing the dynamic spectrum.On the one hand,the voice resources of the GSM network are guaranteed,on the other hand,the capacity of the LTE network is improved,and the spectrum utilization efficiency of the network is improved overall.
