关于运营商手机办公系统建设方案研究

Research on the construction scheme of mobile OS for telecom operators

随着电信运营商内部管理逐步走向精细化、标准化,运营商内部人员日常工作多数为流程化办公,流程处理的及时性会影响公司的整体运转效率。智能移动终端的不断发展及应用的不断深入,使得通过手机等移动终端处理日常办公事务、提高公司整体工作效率成为可能。本文着眼于研究运营商内部移动化办公平台,即手机办公系统的建设方案,从系统功能架构、技术架构、网络架构、系统功能及安全等方面进行了思考和探索,并对手机办公系统的硬件承载方案进行了探讨。

With the telecom operators'internal management gradually moving towards refinement and standardization,the daily work of operators'staff is more of a process-based office.Timeliness of process processing affects the overall operational efficiency of the company.With the development of intelligent mobile terminal and the deepening of its application,it’s possible to handle daily office affairs and improve the overall work efficiency of the company through mobile terminals such as mobile phones.This paper focuses on the study of mobile office platform,namely mobile office system construction scheme,from the system functional architecture,technical architecture,network architecture,system functions and safety,and other aspects of thinking and exploration,and the mobile office platform hardware bearing scheme is discussed.
