摘要
为解决环境水平剂量仪表在低能X射线段量值溯源工作,参考国际规范文件ISO4037-1建立了六个低空气比释动能率X射线辐射质,实验获得辐射质的半值层、能谱、平均能量、有效能量。将实验结果与ISO4037和德国联邦物理技术研究院的数据进行比较,建立的参考辐射场满足标准规范要求。研究工作为环境水平X射线的国际比对和环境监测仪表的量传递奠定了基础。
In order to more accurately carry out the traceability and magnitude transfer of X-rays at low dose rate levels,six low air ratio kinetic energy X-ray reference radiation were established according to ISO 4037-1.The half-value layer, energy spectrum, average energy and effective energy of the corresponding radiation are obtained through experiments. Compare data with ISO4037 and PTB data, NIST data,The error is within 5%,It indicates that the established X-ray reference radiation quality meets the requirements of the standard specification.Subsequent research on low-dose rate X-ray quantity recurrence and quantity transfer methods will continue, laying the foundation for international and domestic value transfer and comparison work.
