摘要 随着不限流量套餐的全面普及,以及各种业务类型(如手游、直播、在线视频、即时通信等)的迅猛发展,4G网络负荷越来越重。优化保障需要在考虑整体公平性的同时,对不同类型的用户和业务提供差异化的服务和体验,以吸引和留住高价值用户,提升网络竞争力。本文尝试通过Non-GBR与ARP优先级的组合设置,对用户进行QoS管控区分,通过不同的QCI来区分不同套餐用户,以提供不同的网络体验,同时,通过调整优先级参数来验证不同优先级层次的效果。 With the full popularity of the unlimited flow package,and the rapid development of various types of business(such as hand travel,live broadcast,online video,instant messaging,etc.),the load of 4G network is becoming more and more heavy.Operators need to provide differentiated services and experiences to different types of users and businesses in order to attract and retain high value users and enhance the competitiveness of the network while considering the overall fairness.Through the combination of Non-GBR and ARP priority,this paper distinguishes users from QoS control,provides different rate services,and provides technical support for subsequent user complaints and VIP users'experience commitment.
