互联网时代制造业转型升级的新模式现状与制约因素

Status Quo and Constraints of New Mode of Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading in the Internet Era

本文在理论分析的基础上,从技术基础、数据应用、组织模式、业务集成等方面梳理出制约新模式的关键因素和机理框架,提出研究假设。以全国工业企业大样本调查为基础对研究假设进行实证检验,通过实证结果分析,针对性提出加强开放平台建设、提升数据流动自动化水平、推动组织管理模式创新、提升企业跨部门和跨业务环节的集成运作能力等对策建议,为制造企业探索互联网时代的生产方式与商业模式变革、推动制造业转型升级提供有益参考。

Based on theoretical analysis,this article explicates key constraints and mechanism framework of manufacture s new modes from four aspects,namely technological foundation,data application,organizational mode,and business integration,then corresponding research hypotheses are proposed.Empirical study is organized based on large sample survey of industrial enterprises.Results reveal a series of countermeasures and suggestions including strengthening open platform construction,elevating the automation of data flow,promoting the innovation of organizational management mode,enhancing enterprises capabilities in integration of trans-department and trans-business link.The suggestions will provide useful reference for enterprises to explore reformation of production mode and business mode,and promote manufacture s transformation and upgrading in the Internet era.
