三产融合视角下“一村一品”创新发展路径研究——以漳平市北寮村为例

Research on the Innovative and Developing Path of “One Village, One Product” from the Perspective of Industrial Integrated ——Take Bei Liao Village of Zhang Ping city as an Example

【目的/意义】随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,"一村一品"的发展理念实现了促进农村发展、增加农民收入的目标,已成为发展现代化农业的重要途径,但是"一村一品"的发展模式更多的是针对于第一产业,并不能有效解决产业链延伸和附加值增加的问题。该文通过引入三产融合理念,探寻三产融合视角下"一村一品"的创新发展路径。【方法/过程】阐述三产融合内涵,总结目前我国"一村一品"发展情况及存在问题,以北寮村发展情况为例,通过案例分析法提出"一村一品"与三产融合相结合的发展路径。【结果/结论】在"一村一品"发展过程中,引入三产融合理论,有利于实现农业产业链和价值链的延伸和发展,是促进农业增效、农民增收、农村社会繁荣发展的有效途径。基于此,提出扶持龙头企业,持续创新发展农民合作社,建立三产融合创新机制、开展职业农民培育工作的"一村一品"发展对策建议。

【Objective/Meaning】With the development of the socialist market economy in China,the development concept of“one village,one product”has achieved the goal of promoting rural development and increasing farmers’ income,and has become an important way to develop modern agriculture.However,the developing model of“one village,one product”is more for the primary industry and can not solve the problem of industrial chain extension and added value increasing.Therefore,by introducing the concept of Tri-industry Integration,this paper explored the innovative developing path of“one village,one product”from the perspective of Tri-industry Integration.【Methods/Procedures】This paper expounded the connotation of Tri-industry Integration,summarized the current situation and existing problems of“one village,one product”in China,and took the development of Beiliao village as an example,put forward the developing path of combinding“one village,one product”with Tri-industry Integration through case analysis.【Results/Conclusions】In the developing process of“one village,one product”,the introduction of Tri-industry Integration theory was conducive to the extension and development of agricultural industry chain and value chain,and was an effective way to promote agricultural efficiency,farmers’ income and rural social prosperity and development.Based on this,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of“one village,one product”to support the leading enterprises,innovate and develop farmers’ cooperatives continuously,establish innovative mechanism of Tri-industry Integration,and carry out the work of cultivating professional farmers.
