摘要
传动系统是测试装备行业的重要组成部分,在高速试验中,振动特性直接影响传动系统的性能。本文基于ANSYS16.0建立了传动轴系的转子动力学分析模型,对其进行不平衡响应分析,结果表明:在转速12000 r/min时,轴系的振动为0.42 mm;实际试验转速在12000 r/min时,轴系运行平稳,振动为0.62 mm,对比可知仿真分析与试验结果具有良好的一致性。仿真分析发现该模型的第一临界转速(19500 r/min)出现在最高试验转速(15000 r/min)之外。本文的分析方法和结论对传动轴系设计具有较好的参考意义。
The transmission system is an important part of the transit test equipment. In high-speed test, the vibration characteristic directly decides the performance of the transmission system. In order to study the vibration characteristics of the transmission system, the rotor dynamic analysis model of the transmission system was established based on ANSYS16.0.An unbalanced response analysis is carried out. The results show that the vibration of the shafting is 0.42 mm, when the rotation speed is 12000 r/min;in field test, the rotation speed is 12000 r/min, the shaft system runs smoothly and the vibration is 0.62 mm. The simulation results is in good agreement with the test results. The simulation analysis that the first critical speed(19500 r/min) of the model appears outside the maximum test speed(15000 r/min). The analysis method and conclusion of this paper have good reference value for the design of transmission system.
