摘要
由于热泵空调系统具有较高的能效比,此次研究针对某款电动车,运用自行设计的一套热泵系统改善车室内的温度。根据理论设计计算出该款电动汽车空调所需提供的制热量,研究在制热工况下,利用控制变量法分别研究压缩机转速和环境温度引起的室内换热器和室外换热器进出口温度、压力、制热量和系统COP值等参数的变化。通过对实验数据的分析,可以看出该热泵空调系统供暖性能稳定,能源利用率高。
For the heat pump air conditioning system has a high energy efficiency ratio, a self-designed heat pump air conditioning system is used to adjust the indoor temperature with higher energy efficiency. According to the theoretical design, for an electric vehicle, the relevant parameters are collected, the refrigeration capacity and the heating capacity of the electric car air conditioner are calculated. Under the conditions of refrigeration and heating, the changes of the inlet and outlet temperature, pressure, refrigeration heat and COP value of the system caused by the compressor speed and ambient temperature are studied. Through the analysis of the experimental data, it can be seen that the heat pump air conditioning system can not only heat, but also refrigerate, and has stable performance and high energy utilization.
