Q295B/S32205复合管焊接工艺及焊接接头力学性能

摘要 为了获得Q295B/S32205双相不锈钢复合管性能良好的焊接接头,对Q295B/S32205双相不锈钢复合板进行了多次焊接试验,确定了焊接工艺。焊接方式为单面焊双面成型,焊接方法及顺序为:PAW+SAW焊接碳钢基层; TIG焊接过渡层; TIG焊接不锈钢覆层。并对焊接接头的各项性能进行了检测。检测结果表明:焊缝的抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率、冲击功(母材、焊缝、热影响区)、覆层耐腐蚀性等各项性能良好,满足相关标准要求。说明确定的焊接工艺合理,可用于实际生产。 In order to obtain good performance of duplex stainless steel composite pipe welded joints, multiple welding tests of Q295B/S32205 duplex stainless steel composite plate were tested, and welding technology was confirmed. The welding manner was single-side welding and double-side forming, the welding method and sequence was PAW+SAW welding the carbon steel base layer, TIG welding the transition layer, and TIG welding the stainless steel cladding. The performances of welded joint were tested. The testing results showed that the properties of tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact work and cladding corrosion resistance were satisfactory. It indicated the welding technology was reasonable, which was applicable to practice.
