摘要 为了降低冷弯型钢及高频焊管生产中的轧辊消耗,从常用轧辊的选材、轧辊的性能和结构、轧辊的设计与配置、轧辊的使用等方面进行了分析。分析结果表明,普通成型轧辊和定径轧辊一般选用GCr15、 9Cr2Mo、 Cr12MoV、 ZCr20、美国D2、德国X155CrVMo121、日本SKD11材质,挤压辊主要选用3Cr2W8V、 ZCr25、美国H13、德国X38CrMoV51、日本SKD61等材质,对于受力不大、磨损较小的部分成型轧辊可以使用价格较低的材质(如45钢等);可通过减少轧辊使用面的线速度差、合理使用组合轧辊、增强轧辊通用性等方式减少轧辊的耗损和轧辊使用总量。最后,提出了轧辊使用过程中减少磨损、防止破裂的具体措施。 In order to reduce roll consumption in cold roll forming and high frequency welded pipe production, material selection, performance and structure, design and deployment, and employment of roll were analyzed. The analysis results showed that normal forming roll and sizing roll were generally made of GCr15,9Cr2Mo,Cr12MoV,ZCr20 American D2, German X155CrVMo121 and Japanese SKD11, squeeze roll was generally made of 3Cr2W8V, ZCr25, American H13, German X38CrMoV51 and Japanese SKD61, and low cost materials, like 45 steel, could be used for formed rollers with less wear and force. Roll consumption and used amount could be reduced by decreasing the line speed difference of the roll surface, using combination roll reasonably and enhancing roll universality. The concrete measures of reducing wear and preventing rupture in rolling were proposed.
