摘要
进入锅炉启动系统扩容器的疏水,存在多样性和疏水时机具有阶段性等特点,而且,设备的排汽环境复杂多变。当疏水扩容器的运行出现异常时,无法快速确定扩容器出现运行异常的原因。针对排大气式启动系统疏水扩容器在电厂运行中常见的扩容器排汽管道振动、嚣叫、排汽大量带水等问题,提出在扩容器设备顶部进入排汽管道处增加一远传压力信号测点,通过分析计算准确快速的判断扩容器故障产生的原因,并能针对问题提出解决方案和措施,进一步保障电厂启动系统的安全有效运行。
The drain enter the flash tank has the characteristics of diversity ,periodicity of hydrophobicity and complex and changeable exhaust environment in boiler start-up system.When the operation of drain flash tank is abnormal,the cause of the drain flash tank can not be quickly diagnosed.Aiming at the problems of vibration,scream and large amount of water in the exhaust pipe in the operation of hydrophobic expanding capacitor of exhaust gas start-up system in power plant,this paper proposes to add a remote pressure signal measuring point at the top of vessel equipment entering the exhaust pipe.Through analysis and calculation,the causes of operation fault of drain flash tank can be judged accurately and quickly,and the solutions and measures are put forward.Guarantee the safe and effective operation of power plant startup system.
