摘要 通过分析某350 MW机组电动给水泵运行中的汽蚀现象,确定了造成给水泵汽蚀的主要原因。由于给水泵进出口压力及流量的剧变,降低了泵的运行效率。若给水泵已发生汽蚀,应首先减小泵出口门和再循环门的开度。当给水泵汽蚀现象仍较为严重时,即使给水泵的运行参数未达到启动保护的设定值,也要停止给水泵的运行。 By analyzing the cavitation phenomenon in the operation of an electric feed water pump of a 350 MW unit,the main causes of the cavitation of the feed water pump are determined.Because of the drastic change of the inlet and outlet pressure and flow rate of the feed pump,the operation efficiency of the pump is reduced.If the feed pump has been cavitated,the opening of the pump outlet door and the recirculation door should be reduced first.When the phenomenon of feed pump cavitation is still serious,even if the operation parameters of the feed pump do not reach the set value of start-up protection,the operation of the feed pump should be stopped.
