多元醇种类和用量对聚酯型聚氨酯泡沫的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用预聚体法制备聚酯型聚氨酯泡沫,主要考查了多元醇的种类和用量对聚酯型聚氨酯泡沫的影响。结果发现:最佳的聚酯多元醇的分子量应该控制在2000g/mol~3000g/mol;苯酐聚酯多元醇的加入,提高了泡沫的拉伸强度和压陷硬度,明显降低泡沫的弹性,导致泡沫外观不佳,在预聚体法制备聚氨酯泡沫时,不适合使用苯酐聚酯多元醇;聚醚多元醇的加入能够显著降低预聚体的粘度,当聚醚多元醇EP-330N含量在10%~20%时,使用预聚体法制备聚氨酯泡沫的操作更加方便,性能相对影响不大,能够满足一般的生产要求。 In this paper,polyester polyurethane foam was prepared by prepolymer method,and the influence of the type and amount of polyol on polyester polyurethane foam was mainly examined.The results showed that the optimum molecular weight of polyester polyols should be controlled at 2000g/mol^3000g/mol. The addition of phthalic anhydride polyester polyol improved the tensile strength and the indentation hardness of the foam,obviously reduced the elasticity of the foam,and led to the poor appearance of the foam. When the polyurethane foam was prepared by the prepolymer method,phthalic anhydride polyester polyol was not suitable. The addition of polyether polyol can significantly reduce the viscosity of the prepolymer. When polyether polyol EP-330N content was at 10%~20%,the preparation of polyurethane foam by prepolymer method was more convenient,the performance of foam was less effected and it can meet the general production requirements.
