摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(SAMPS)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合制备了凝胶堵水剂。利用单因素试验考察了单体用量、单体配比、引发剂用量、聚合温度等对堵水效果的影响,确定了最佳制备条件:单体用量15%,单体配比为n_(AM)∶n_(SAMPS)∶n_(AA)=2∶1∶1,引发剂用量为1.7%,聚合反应温度为50℃。该凝胶堵水剂抗温抗盐性能良好。
Using acrylic acid,acrylamide and allylsulfonate monomer,gel used for water shutoff was prepared by radical polymerization. The influence of monomer content,monomer ratio,initiator dosage,polymerization temperature on water plugging effect was investigated.The results showed the optimal reaction conditions of gel used for water shutoff. And the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by single factor experiment as follows:the monomer content was 15%,the monomer ratio AM ∶SAMPS ∶AA=2 ∶1 ∶1,the addition amount of initiator was 1.7%,and reaction temperature was 50℃. And they also had good displays in temperature resistance and salt resistance.
