矿用液压支架立柱立式拆装机设计

Design of Vertical Disassembling and Installing Machine with Hydraulic Support Column in Coal Mine

针对液压支架立柱按常规卧式拆卸中存在的问题,设计了一种立式拆装机。重点介绍了立式拆装机的结构特点、工作原理及工作过程。该立式拆装机具备可以使立柱直立对中、保护液压缸表面、用液压设备拆卸导向套等功能。实际应用证明,该立式拆装机满足生产急需,降低了劳动强度,拆装质量和效率得以提高。

Aiming at the problems existing in the conventional vertical disassembling and installing of hydraulic support columns,a vertical disassembly and assembly machine has been designed.The structure characteristics,working principle and working process of vertical disassembly and assembly machine have been mainly introduced.The vertical disassembly and assembly machine can make the column align upright,protect the surface of the hydraulic cylinder,disassemble the guide sleeve with hydraulic equipment.Through practical application,the vertical disassembly and assembly machine has met the urgent needs of production,which can not only reduce the labor intensity,but also improve the quality of disassembly and install,and greatly improve the efficiency.
