摘要
全断面矩形快速掘进机是一种新型的煤巷快速掘进设备,截割形成矩形断面的关键部件是设计独特的4个小刀盘。为验证小刀盘的截割和装载性能以及设计的合理性,在地面特别设计制作小刀盘专用试验台,浇筑假煤壁,进行不同工况的小刀盘截割假煤壁(模拟煤壁)试验。通过试验数据的采集分析,验证了4个小刀盘的设计合理性,同时对全断面矩形快速掘进机的推进阻力和装载效果进行了技术验证,为掘进机整机和小刀盘的改进设计及性能提高提供了理论依据。
The full section rectangular rapid roadheader is a new type of fast driving equipment for coal roadway,and the key parts of cutting rectangular section are four unique small cutter discs.In order to verify the cutting and loading performance and the design rationality of the small cutter disc,the dedicated test bench for the small cutter disc is specially designed on the ground for the false coal wall (simulated coal wall) experiment of cutting the false coal wall under different working conditions.Through the data collection and analysis,the design rationality of four small knife plates has been verified,which varifies the technology for the propelling resistance and loading effect of the full section rectangular fast tunnelling machine.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for the improvement design and performance improvement of the whole machine and the small cutter disc.
