一种高压防爆SVG用水冷却装置的设计

摘要 功率器件是矿用隔爆兼本质安全型链式静止无功发生器(SVG)的主要发热元件,其性能直接决定了SVG的性能和可靠性。针对高压防爆SVG的散热问题,设计了一种水冷却装置,该装置的内水循环水路和外水循环水路通过水-水板式换热器交换热量,将静止无功发生器壳内散发的热量直接通过外水水路带出。经实际使用,该水冷却装置取得较好的效果。 The power device is the main heating element of the explosion-proof and essentially safe chain static var generator (SVG),its performance directly determines the performance and reliability of the SVG.In view of the heat dissipation of high voltage and explosion-proof SVG,a water cooling device has been designed,the internal and external circulation water pipe of the water cooling device exchange heat by water-water plate heat exchanger,the heat emitted from the shell of the static var generator is taken out directly through the external water way.Through practical application,the water cooling device has been achieved good results.
