摘要 采煤机牵引调速系统普遍采用基于光纤的主从负荷分配系统,但在井下应用时,受机械强度差、弯曲半径小、光纤头井下易受污染等条件限制,其可靠性和维修便捷性都不甚理想。因此,介绍了一种基于ACS880变频器XD2D主从功能的采煤机牵引调速系统设计,采用普通屏蔽双绞线方案,有效解决了这一问题。重点介绍了XD2D方式的主要优势,系统的硬件组成和变频器参数的具体设置。该系统控制精度高、成本低、可靠性高、维护简单,经实际使用,取得了良好的效果。 The principal and subordinate load distribution system based on optical fiber is widely used in shearer traction speed control system.However,due to poor mechanical strength,small bending radius and easy pollution of fiber optic head,its reliability and maintenance convenience are not ideal.A design of shearer traction speed control system based on principal and subordinate function XD2D of converter ACS880 has been introduced,and the common shielded twisted pair scheme has been adopted to solve this problem effectively.The main advantages of the mode XD2D,the hardware composition of the system and the specific settings of the parameters of the inverter have been mainly introduced.The system has high control precision,low cost,high reliability and simple maintenance,and the actual use has achieved good results.
