摘要
为了获取矿用装运减速器实际运行特征参数,分析了矿用装运减速器满载振动信号的频谱成分,获得了减速器满载测点振动频率特性。在实验室搭建了振动测试平台,运用同步加载系统模拟减速器实际工况,直接对减速器实行加载,监测满载运行状态下各测点的加速度信号。通过测试试验分析,为装运减速器的优化设计提供了基础。
In order to obtain the actual operating characteristic parameters of mine shipping retarder, the frequency spectrum of full loaded vibration signal of mine shipping retarder has been analyzed,and the vibration frequency characteristic of full loaded measuring point of reducer has been obtained.A vibration test platform has been built in the laboratory.Synchronous loading system was used to simulate the actual working condition of the retarder,and the acceleration signals of each measuring point have been monitored under the full loaded operation condition by loading the reducer directly.Through the analysis of the text experiment,it can provide the basis for the optimal design of the loading reducer.
