一种自动翻转弧形挡煤板机构的研制

摘要 为提高滚筒采煤机的装煤效果,在分析自由翻转式和自动控制翻转式两种形式优缺点的基础上,介绍了一种采煤机用自动翻转弧形挡煤板机构,即由液压马达提供动力,采用销齿开式传动,且设置有制动装置。该机构可有效地解决传统自动翻转弧形挡煤板机构的两大问题,一是由于内齿圈内部容易积煤,导致挡煤板卡死无法翻转;二是由于液压马达不能自锁,导致无法使挡煤板固定在理想位置。新型自动翻转弧形挡板机构经实际使用,取得了良好的效果。 In order to improve the loading effect of the drum shearer,on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two forms of free turning and automatic control turning,an automatic turning arc-shaped baffle mechanism for the shearer has been introduced,which power was provided by the hydraulic motor,and the pin teeth were opened with transmission and equipped with a braking device.The mechanism can effectively solve the two major problems of the traditional automatic turning arc-shaped baffle mechanism.Firstly,the inside of the inner gear ring is easy to accumulate coal,which causes the baffle to be stuck and unable to overturn.Secondly,because the hydraulic motor can not self lock,it can not keep the coal retaining plate in an ideal position.The new automatic turning arc-shaped baffle mechanism has achieved good results in practice.
