选煤厂人工手选输送机集控系统设计应用

Design and Application of Centralized Control System for Manual Hand-Pick Conveyor in Coal Preparation Plant

为了避免选煤厂人工手选输送机大块煤矸石撕裂,损坏下一水平输送机输送带,降低输送机运转期间机头处粉尘浓度,提出在输送机机头安装了一套大块煤矸石自动筛选、机头自动喷雾降尘以及煤流缓冲等联合集控系统。该系统经实践应用表明,取得了显著成效。

In order to avoid tearing and damaging the conveyor belt of the next horizontal conveyor by massive gangue during the manual hand-pick process of coal preparation plant,reduce the dust concentration at the head of the conveyor during operation,it has been suggested that a set of centralized control system for automatic screening of coal gangue,automatic spray and dust reduction and coal flow buffering should be installed on the conveyor head.The system has been proved to be effective through practical application.
