在焊接生产的过程中,为配合焊工高质量地完成集配焊接,设计了一种利用中间丝杠调节整体长度,两端用螺栓固定的焊接工装,可适用于各种不同长度的结构件焊接,既可保证焊接质量,又能节约生产成本,提高生产效率。

In order to cooperate with welders to complete the assembly welding with high quality in the welding process,a kind of welding equipment has been designed,which uses the intermediate screwed rod to adjust the whole length and fixes the two ends with bolts,which can be used to weld structural parts of different lengths,which not only can ensure the welding quality,but also can save the production cost and improve the production efficiency.
