摘要
通过分析确定螺杆移动和螺母旋转来实现调节张紧装置的形式。重点介绍了带式输送机中螺杆张紧装置的设计方法和设计步骤,并用这两种调节形式对螺杆的稳定性进行了分析校核。借助ANSYS建模仿真分析,为螺杆设计计算提供了理论依据和校核方法。
Through analyzing the adjustment which has been realized by screw movement and nut rotation,the design method and steps of screw tensioning device in belt conveyor have been introduced.The stability of the screw has been analyzed and checked by two methods.Finally,ANSYS simulation modeling has been used to provide theoretical basis and checking method for the design and calculation of the screw.
