带式输送机是井下煤炭采掘、输送的主要装置,在实际生产过程中发现输送机机尾滚筒位置存在洒煤和淤料的情况。分析了输送机机尾落料、淤料的原因和存在的安全隐患,提出了一种带式输送机机尾清煤装置的改进设计思路。改进设计后的清煤装置经实际使用,取得了较好的效果。

Belt conveyor is the main equipment of underground coal mining and conveying,in the actual production process,coal spraying and feeding have been found in the position of the tail drum of the conveyor.The causes and hidden dangers of conveyor tail blanking and silting have been analyzed,and an improved design idea of belt conveyor tail cleaning device has been put forward.The improved coal cleaning device has achieved good results through improved design and practical application.
