摘要
在全面推进教育综合改革的号召下,高校基层学术组织改革成为需要重视且仔细探讨的重要问题。本文以南京理工大学机械工程学院为案例,结合高校建立高水平研究型学院的发展目标,立足实际,在深入梳理分析制约二级学院发展的瓶颈问题基础上,以组织绩效为目标,本着以点带面、重点突破的指导思想,开展了基层学术组织体制改革工作,初步实现了教授治学成效,是高等教育综合改革的一次践行,为高等教育发展推动国家现代化提供了经验和借鉴。
Under the call of a comprehensive education reform, the School of Mechanical Engineering (SME), Nanjing University of Science and Technology, aims at the development goal of a top-level research-oriented institute. Based on reality and a deep analysis to bottleneck problems limitative to its development, SME focuses on the organizational performance improvement. Under the guidelines of fanning out from a point to an area and then to key breakthroughs, SME also implements primary level academic organization reforms with a preliminary accomplishment of “professor governance”. As a practice of the comprehensive higher education reform, it provides experience for national modernization through promotion of higher education.
