氧化石墨烯改善水泥材料抗蚀性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过掺入氧化石墨烯(GO)对高贝利特水泥(HBC)材料的性能进行改性,研究了氧化石墨烯高贝利特水泥材料在硫酸盐、复合盐溶液中的抗蚀性能.研究结果表明,在两种盐溶液侵蚀的条件下,与基准试件相比,当GO掺量为0.05%时,水泥材料的抗折强度、抗压强度和抗蚀性均得到最佳的改善作用.试件微观分析可以得知,在硫酸盐溶液中,试件生成的主要腐蚀产物是钙矾石(AFt),而在复合盐溶液中,除了AFt之外,还存在水化氯铝酸钙(Friedel’s盐).由于GO对水泥水化具有促进作用,在侵蚀环境中能够提供较多Ca(OH)_2与硫酸根离子和氯离子发生反应,使AFt和Friedel’s盐的生成量增加,水泥内部结构更为密实,从而提高水泥材料的抗蚀性.试验结果对高贝利特水泥在易受环境侵蚀的工程中的应用有着远大的发展前景. The properties of High Blite Cement (HBC) were modified by adding graphene oxide(GO) and the erosion resistance of graphene oxide on HBC immersing into sulfate and complex salt solution was studied. The result showed that when the addition content of GO was 0.05%, the flexural strength, compression strength and erosion resistance were considerably improved under the condition of two kinds of salt solution. The micro-analysis of specimens showed that in sulfate solution, the main erosion product of specimen was ettringite (AFt), while in complex solution, there was hydrocalumite (Friedel’s salt) except for AFt. GO could promote the hydration function of cement, which provides much Ca(OH)2 to react with sulfate ion and chloride ion in erosion solution so that the amount of AFt and Friedel’s salt was improved, the internal structure of cement was more dense and the erosion resistance of cement materials was improved. The prospect for application of HBC in projects susceptible to environmental erosion is good.
